The article above defines the various
types of methods in
education. I underline
the point "Shell of Traditional Education". In essence, education in
Indonesia is still quite traditional, and it
can not be eliminated just because it is already being
passed down through generations since
time immemorial. Concrete examples that can be seen in the
traditional method, such as the students were
only asked to sit quietly and
listen to the whole explanation from the
teacher, they just are passive and the
teacher thought the students just
as empty cans
to be filled. For that, we as a prospective teacher should be able
to create an innovative learning method. Of course choosing a profession as a
teacher must be sincere from the heart to educate without any frills.
