After read this article, I conclude that PLPG and Professional Teacher Education are very useful to improve the performance of teachers. It is important to change the paradigm of learning that is teacher-centered. All this time, most teachers still use traditional methods of teaching which involves only very few active students, teacher just talking and students just recording. Method like that would make the students become bored and they will not be able to develop their creativity because rivet on what is given by their teacher. Teachers not only expected to be able to serve the learning needs of all students active and fun, but also be able to develop student worksheets as a medium for the students to develop creativity. As a prospective teacher, I hope to be held PLPG and Professional Teacher Education can print the innovative and creative teacher can create a learning process effective and efficient.
